Retail Replenishment Manager

I worked for Tesco as Trading Manager having progressed through their graduate scheme before joining Henderson Group in 2005. I joined as a Replenishment Buyer however since 2009 I have managed the Project Team for our Automated Store Replenishment system in Henderson Retail.

This role has developed and I now have a team of 3 people.  My role has allowed me to work with different departments across the Group so I have gained a well rounded knowledge of the business ranging from when a product is listed to placing it on the shelf.

The training provided has accelerated my progress and I have benefited from a 10 day course for Managers and courses in MS packages.  I work with a great team and enjoy the opportunity of meeting new people through the Group. I’m made to feel that I can really make a change and help the company progress.

Although the job can be stressful at times, there is a good work life balance and I enjoy working for a company which is successful and is continuously investing in the future.  I feel secure in my job, and this is a real benefit in the current climate.
