Henderson Group is an organisation with a strong company ethos...it has a strong belief in reinvestment in its business and continually giving back to the community in Northern Ireland! The company’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy sets out a clear vision and goals to continue the development of the business in a way which benefits its customers, employees, environment and society as a whole.

Known as ‘Tomorrow Matters’, this strategy highlights a lot of the existing work that Hendersons and its staff currently carry out across areas such as charity involvement, community work, employee training and development and environmental issues.

However, the success of this strategy continues to lie with the ongoing commitment of staff, to support the numerous projects planned throughout the year.

Tomorrow Matters is led by a forum of individuals from across the Group.

The aim of the Henderson Group is to consider the needs of our stakeholders, both internal and external, and the impact on our surroundings, in everything we do.

There are three strands to Tomorrow Matters: People, Place & Planet
