EUROSPAR Ranfurly raise over £1,000 for Cancer Fund for Children.
EUROSPAR Ranfurly have been hard at work over the past month holding various charity events and fundraisers for local children’s cancer charity, Cancer Fund for Children.
The team at the Ranfurly store held an exciting raffle to win a hamper filled with summer goodies including sweet treats, candles and summer games which local customer, Iris, was delighted to win.
The store’s deli team baked various delicious treats for a bake sale and all staff wore their sports clothes to work for a staff sports day. Between them the team cycled the equivalent of 144 miles instore, the distance from Dungannon to the location of Cancer Fund for Children’s Daisy Lodge, a therapeutic centre for families affected by cancer.
The store’s long list of events raised an amazing total of £1,128.32 for Cancer Fund for Children, which will go a long way in helping the charity provide vital services for those in need across Northern Ireland.
