McKillop’s SPAR

I am delighted at the services the Academy's training has provided so far. It has been a worth while exercise for us to have experienced the training given to our staff. It highlighted the need for ongoing training and making our staff aware of what service and customer care is all about. It was delivered professionally and efficiently yet made them feel at ease and not under threat or attack of what they were doing..it really made them aware of what was expected of them.
